Tilone Subsea Limited is committed to consistently high quality standards in all activities. We recognize the importance of meeting customer requirements and adopting national and international regulatory codes and standards.

To meet the above we have a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Policy with the headline objectives as follows:

  • To provide customers with products and services that meet requirements and are fully   fit for purpose.

  • To carry out all our operations directly in line with the standards required internationally by ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 & 14001:2015.

  • To be committed to both meeting and improving on all statutory and other requirements by the application of best practices and promoting employee participation aimed at enhancing                        

QHSE STANDARDS.

 

  • To comply with all legislations, statutory requirements and relevant industry and Professional standards relating to occupational health and safety.

  • To monitor our service delivery rigorously and continuously in line with our QHSE policy and objectives.

  • To address environmental protection in the planning and execution of all operations and to prevent pollution occurring at source.

  • To minimize any significant adverse environmental impacts of activities, processes, and services using Environmental Management System procedures and planning.

  • To establish management controls to ensure the identification, development, implementation, and review of QHSE objectives and targets.

  • To continually develop the expertise, professionalism, and integrity of our workforce and to      actively seek and act upon customer feedback.

  • This QHSE Policy is communicated & understood within the organization and is communicated to all relevant interested parties and shall be continuously reviewed for suitability.

  • QHSE objectives are established, implemented, and reviewed through the Management Review Process. This process is also used to monitor the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System [IMS] on a regular basis.

 

Whilst it is the overall responsibility of the Managing Director to ensure that the Company’s QHSE Policy and expectations are understood, implemented, and maintained throughout the Company, each individual is also responsible for complying with Company requirements as laid out in the Quality Manual, OH&S Manual and EMS Manual maintaining high standards and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

This policy shall be reviewed for continuous suitability and effectiveness at regular Management reviews as required and shall be subject to continual improvement through regular communication, awareness, audit, and reviews with all corrective actions implemented.
